This course is great for those who have never tried lino printing before or those who would a refresher on how its done.
You will be guided through all the stages from design to printing.

Course Outline:

Day one:

-Fundamentals of design

-Introduction to the tools of lino printing

-Transferring designs onto lino tile


Day Two:

-Introduction to cutting techniques

-Printing by hand (if sufficient time)


Day three:

-Printing with print press

-Experimental printing

-Tips and troubleshooting


Minimum number of students is three. If required number is not reached, class will be pushed back. Students already signed up will be informed.


Course fees are to be paid in full on the first day of the course by cash or cheque (cheque made payable to Harriet Brittaine). There are no refunds for non-attendance.
